War Games
Douglas Workplace & Litigation Lawyers’ innovative War Games virtual training program takes interactivity to a new level.
War Games takes multiple participants, linked through lap tops, through a complex scenario. Each player has to negotiate with other stakeholders in the workplace to avoid disaster.
Along the way participants may encounter workplace safety breaches, angry union delegates threatening stop-work action and dithering colleagues.
A wrong decision could see a worker injured or serious financial losses.
Documents are embedded within the game so that participants learn in real instance about the relevant legal and regulatory issues.
War Games:
- teaches the fundamentals of workplace law in a highly engaging environment
- assesses the performance of participants
- teaches critical strategic and practical tools to solve problems in the workplace
- builds camaraderie and trust within a management team
War Games is a weekend program, running from Friday evening to Sunday afternoon.
Will you take the challenge?
